Our home buying experience wasn't free from snares, and in fact, we had some closing issues with the builder, but Felicia and her team at Berkshire got on board and stood with us in addressing those issues with the builder. Felicia was very knowledgeable and was always transparent with us, and in fact, there were a few times where she was a "counselor" for my husband and I during some stressful conversations we had during the process. Luba is a BEAST! The best realtor I have ever worked with. She doesn't let the market work at its own pace. She sets the pace. When it seemed that we weren't getting any eyes on my home, she went out and walked neighborhoods knocking on doors and handing out flyers. She set up multiple open houses and spoke what seemed like thousands of people, even going out of state on a few occasions. Our home sold quickly and we got what we wanted.
