Looking for a home in another state while still living in your existing place is no easy task. In June we started looking and were referred to a realtor that did not take my schedule and travel time into consideration. We kept scheduling trips from CA to Vegas for other things and tried to also look at houses. On our way up on a trip in July that realtor and I got into an argument over this very thing and we parted ways. My cousin referred me to Katherine Tait who in spite of her very busy schedule dropped everything last minute to make sure our trip was not wasted. She found some properties, took us around, and we even made on offer on a home we liked. Although the first trip did not net us any results she kept at it. The entire time we were in constant contact. She kept reminding me not to settle. Katherine would go out without us and call and video these properties until we could get up there. On our second trip with Katherine we found our home. This did not end her involvement and she is still a very important part of our lives. She’s been a great partner in this process from beginning to end and beyond. Could not have done this without her. She is a true professional who goes above and beyond.

Where do I begin? Asking friends, family, and even speaking with a broker at CBRE, I was referred to Elizabeth. Looking back, now I know why it didn't work out with anyone else. I'm lucky enough to have met her as she assisted me with my nail salon purchase. This was my first experience and I had ZERO knowledge in the process. Elizabeth helped every step of the way.
