When I first met Katherine, I wasn’t sure I was going to like her very much. She struck me as exceptionally intelligent, and I’ve always been a little intimidated by people who seem too smart. It didn’t take long, however, to realize my first impression was only half right. Katherine is indeed incredibly intelligent, but she’s also warm, approachable, and completely genuine. Over the years, I’ve worked with several real estate agents in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Katherine stood out from the moment she walked through our front door. She arrived with a detailed analysis of every comparable home that had recently sold or been listed in our neighborhood. She explained the pricing, the condition of each property, and how those factors would influence the sale of our home. She then outlined exactly how she wanted us to prepare the house, how she would professionally stage it to appeal to buyers, and the comprehensive marketing strategy she planned to implement. I wouldn’t know where to start in praising what an AMAZING realtor Rochelle and her team Kate was and is at selling my townhouse! I really think God intervened and sent her to me! I previously had a realtor and for over 3 months NOTHING! The previous realtor was not action driven as Rochelle! As soon as I signed up with her I started getting more showing than my prior realtor. Then in TWO days we had an offer! And was signed and in contract. And she listed it higher than my previous realtor. We had some hiccup with my stove dying but she assured me not to worry and helped in getting it fixed along with plumbing. She said that her being with a broker that is National will make a difference and she is right! She worked for my best interest and she made sure I was taken care of. She understood the urgency for me to sell because I was transferring for work in OR, she also hooked me up with a realtor here in OR! She is legit, you don’t have to have your guard up due to shady realtors, she is real and great! I recommend her 1 million percent and I’m not just saying this because you might think she is my friend, I didn’t even know who she was before this, and yes, she is my friend now and I will recommend her to everyone I know in Vegas. Everyone should get a Katherine when trying to sell their home. I was living out of state when I was trying to sell my home, so I was expecting the whole thing to be a stressful mess. But thankfully, I had Katherine. She handled everything. She kept me updated when I needed to be updated, and shielded me from a lot of the nonsense that could have easily become my problem. On top of that, she had to deal with a very difficult property manager and handled it with total professionalism. I really appreciated how calm, capable, and on top of everything she was. The absolute biggest thing for me was the peace of mind. Once she was involved, I didn’t have to constantly worry about the house or the sale. She just handled it. I’m really grateful I had her in my corner and would absolutely recommend her.
