Meet Lillian Salinas
I'm Lillian Salinas, a Las Vegas real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. I'm originally from New Jersey, but after making Las Vegas home, I quickly came to appreciate everything that makes this city different - the energy, the growth, the neighborhoods, and the amount of opportunity here.
My path into real estate started with a background in hospitality and sales. I've spent years working directly with people, learning how to communicate, anticipate what someone needs, stay calm under pressure, and make people feel comfortable. Those experiences shaped the kind of agent I want to be: someone who is approachable, attentive, honest, and genuinely invested in the people I work with.
What drew me to real estate is that every client has a different reason for making a move. For one person, it may be buying their first home. For another, it could be building an investment portfolio, relocating to Las Vegas, or finally purchasing the home they've always envisioned. I love getting to know the story behind the move and helping turn that goal into something real.
I'm naturally ambitious and detail-oriented, but I also believe the process should still feel exciting. My clients should never feel like just another transaction. I want them to feel comfortable asking me questions, confident that I'm looking out for their interests, and supported from our first conversation through closing day and beyond.
When I'm not working, I'm usually staying active, hiking, trying new places around Las Vegas, or exploring another part of the city. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, discovering beautiful homes, and continuing to learn everything I can about the market.
