Serving her clients for more than 15 years, Delinda began her real estate career with Prudential Americana, the largest Real Estate group in southern Nevada at the time. In March of 2014, Warren Buffet picked another winner and brought Prudential Americana into the family of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Today, BHHS is still the dominant player in the Las Vegas real estate market, and Delinda is still offering the highest level of customer care to her clients.

Active in the Community:
With her Master’s Degree in Journalism, Delinda moved from Florida to Las Vegas in 1998 to be a producer at KVBC News 3. Besides reporting on the Las Vegas community, she’s also been active in serving her local community through groups such as Rotary, Junior League, BNI, Toastmasters, Spotlight Senior Services, and by
volunteering in the classroom of her boy’s school. She also believes in serving the global community, as well, and has participated on church mission trips to the Philippines, after the 2014 tsunami, and most recently to Poland.
Shortly after arriving in Las Vegas, Delinda met and married her husband of 16 years, Gray Crampton. They have two awesome boys, Chase, age 11, and Dylan, age 8; two dogs, Gypsy and Chakita; and a fish named Blue. In her spare time, Delinda enjoys traveling, scuba-diving, skiing, and playing bunco with her girlfriends. Always looking for ways to improve, Delinda is constantly reading and attending workshops and conferences and earning new designations to sharpen her ability to best serve her clients and community.
Two of her favorite affirmations are “I Can, I Will, I Believe!” and “Life is Good!”
